The 3490e series 36 track M2483N/ND (rackmount) tape drive and the 3490e series 36-track M2485N/ND/N1/ND1 (desktop) tape drives are half inch cartridge tape drives with 3490e compatibility, offering leading mainframe technology for data interchange and backup to workstations and other advanced computer platforms.
